Tufcot’s senior management team has always recognised that the dedication and hard work of our employees are central to the company’s success.

To acknowledge this commitment and show our gratitude, we organised a special Employee Appreciation afternoon on 18th March 2025.
It was a well-deserved break filled with food, laughter and a chance to unwind together as a team.
An Afternoon of Food, Fun and Zero Work
The appreciation afternoon gave everyone the chance to relax and enjoy some well-earned downtime.
First up was an extended lunch break, where the team enjoyed freshly cooked beef or chicken burgers, served with chips and a drink, courtesy of Super Nosh Catering, based in Ashbourne. The food went down a treat and set the tone for a relaxed, cheerful afternoon.
After lunch, it was time to bring out the games. We partnered with Hyped Events to host an afternoon of fun challenges and interactive entertainment.
From quiz formats and TV-inspired games like Catchphrase and The Cube, to team-based competitions, the atmosphere was full of energy and laughs.
The feedback from staff has been overwhelmingly positive; great food, great fun and a welcome break from the usual routine.

Their team ran the games brilliantly, creating a fun and inclusive atmosphere for everyone.
We’d also like to thank Super Nosh Catering from Ashbourne for providing the fantastic food including freshly made burgers, chips and drinks that went down a treat.
Together, they helped make the afternoon a real success.
