The Senior Management Team here at Tufcot, are huge believers in promoting perks for our valuable employees.
So far in 2022, we have organised 11 events/perks (one a month so far) and have a fully funded Christmas Party ready for December 2022, to make it once a month this year.
Here are the events from the last few months…
September – Tufcot’s 41st Birthday – Supreme Grazing
This perk was mentioned in a previous blog post, but in order to test a new, locally sourced supplier of grazing boxes, we provided all of our 50 employees with a Supreme Grazing box.
The aim here was to say thank you for another successful year, and to celebrate Tufcot’s 41st birthday.
The grazing boxes were jam packed with sweet and savoury treats for all of our employees to enjoy.
October – Wood Fired Pizza Co
As an extended perk for Tufcot’s birthday, we organised for the Wood Fired Pizza Company to come in and create, from scratch, a pizza for every employee.
As can be seen in the picture, the pizzas looked amazing and they tasted just as good as they looked!
November – Roxy’s Ballroom Afternoon
A new venue has opened in Sheffield, named Roxy’s Ballroom. As another 2022 treat, we organised for a Friday afternoon out of work, at Roxy’s.
The event started with a midday pick up at Tufcot in a coach and allowed us to play numerous games:
- Duckpin Bowling
- Shuffleboard
- Pool
- Table Tennis
- Karaoke Room
The food provided was exceptional and everyone had their choice of free alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
For those who wanted to, the night went on into the early hours of Saturday morning.
The most successful booking, by far, was the Karaoke room. We had many renditions of numerous songs, from Shaggy to Meatloaf!
Another successful event as we head towards the end of 2022.
December – Christmas Party
The Charity team here at Tufcot have organised many events as we aim to raise as much money as we can for the Create A Dream Foundation.
These are all Christmas based and will all add a final fun element to December and the Christmas period.
On Friday 16th December, our final event of 2022 will be the Christmas party.
This is taking part at a local hotel and event space and will include a Christmas themed 3 course meal alongside a few drinks, and I am sure, some dancing late into the night.
