Everyday we deliver to customers all over the world. To ensure for the most flexibility for our customers, all of our goods are quoted with Exworks Incoterms.
For our UK customers, standard delivery is with our preferred courier TNT. The cost of this is dependent on the weight of the packed goods, for an estimated quote please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Alternatively, customers can arrange their own carriage or collection. If you wish to do this please state this on your order.
For International customers, we have a wide variety of options.
Unless you have advised us of your regular shipping instructions already, we will always email you with weights and measurements of your order(s) for you to decide how you want to ship the goods.
If your preferred courier is TNT, UPS, DHL or Fedex then we can arrange a collection for you on your account. You are welcome to arrange a collection with any other courier also and inform us of the details.
If you do not have a preferred courier or want us to arrange the carriage for you on our account then we will supply you with a quote before making a booking.
We try our best to work to any special requirements that you may have with packing and shipping so please do inform us as soon as possible if you have any.
