I would like to take this opportunity to say Merry Christmas to all of Tufcot’s customers, staff, friends and family.
2021 has been a challenging year and we wouldn’t have been able to make a success of it without your support.
Overall, I think we can be very pleased with what we achieved throughout 2021, especially given the difficult circumstances that everyone has had to endure.

Throughout 2021, we have made excellent progress in a number of areas as well as hit a number of important milestones including:

Tufcot’s 40th Birthday
Managing Director, Greg Majchrzak, completed 10 years as Tufcot’s MD
Achieved ISO 14001 Accreditation
Started work on translating the Tufcot website into 4 other languages
Continued to support our chosen charity, Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice
Launched our new “Tufcot® T100 Marine” material grade and associated “Tufcot® T100 Marine Engineering Manual”
Achieved DNV Approval
Passed our ISO 9001 Audit
Invested in improved machinery
Rewarded Tufcot staff with an “End of Restrictions” COVID bonus as a thanks for all their hard work

Looking Forward to 2022

Like many people, we are now turning our attention to 2022.

After a well earned rest, we intend to come back in the New Year and work towards taking Tufcot into its next stage of development.

This will include a wide range of goals including the completion of the translated website, growth in the UK and abroad, continued excellence in our customer service, progress in the Marine sector, further efforts to reduce Tufcot’s impact on the environment, staff development and much, much more.

Our main goals for 2022 include:

To be a more sustainable and environmentally friendly Company
To continue with our high on-time delivery record (finished 2021 on 97%)
To maintain our high customer service and communication levels
To continue to invest in machines, processes and people
To continue our year on year growth
To complete the translation of the website
