  • Expanding Our Range – Behind the scenes, we’ve been developing a brand new, ultra-high performance material built for the toughest jobs. Tufcot® N800 is engineered for applications where materials face extreme heat, aggressive chemicals and wear and it’s unlike anything else on the market.

  • Improvements to Our Machining Capacity – Targeted investment in machinery and process optimisation allowed us to increase capacity while maintaining the quality and consistency expected of Tufcot® components.

  • Growth In The Marine Sector – Demand from the marine sector continued to grow, with Tufcot® T100 Marine specified for more customers than ever before.

  • Increasing Our Global Network – We strengthened our global network with notable additions including Blazer Marine in the UAE and SEM Endüstriyel in Turkey.

  • Investing In Our Team – We invested in our entire team’s development throughout 2025 including supporting Paige to complete specialist export training to strengthen her expertise in international trade and improve our export processes. This commitment to up-to-date skills helps everyone contribute more effectively to Tufcot’s success.

  • Prototyping Using 3D Modelling & 3D Printing – We’ve also introduced 3D modelling and printing into our prototyping process, using a new in-house printer to quickly produce physical models that help clarify complex designs, reduce revisions and improve communication before manufacture begins.

  • Paperless Production – In 2025 we made strong progress towards a paperless production environment by switching to digital documentation, helping cut paper use, improve traceability and boost efficiency throughout our manufacturing processes.
