Tufcot’s senior management are always keen to prioritise employees’ health and wellbeing and, where possible, implement staff benefits that enhance the experience of working here.

We are especially keen to offer a good work-life balance to our employees.

We recognise that, whilst work is extremely important, having time outside of work is hugely beneficial for mental and physical health.

This is especially true in the summer months when we all get the chance to enjoy the sunshine.

For this reason, we have introduced a new summer shifts trial.

Summer Shifts

From May 30th, 2023, for an initial 4-month trial, we have given our workforce (in all applicable areas) the opportunity to work from 6am until 2.30pm.

This allows those who can, to get home before 3pm and make the most of the British Summer.

As well as enjoying more free time in the afternoons, this is beneficial for the employees with children, who can enjoy more time together and share family responsibilities.

We hope this summer trial is successful and may be reviewed for other parts of the year, or to return for 2024.
