After 44 years of independent growth, Tufcot has officially joined the Dacke Industri group.
This is a major milestone in our journey; one that marks both a proud farewell and an exciting new beginning.
The acquisition was completed on December 31st, 2025 and involved Dacke Industri acquiring 100% of the shares in Tufcot Engineering Ltd.
As a result, original founder, Elvin Majchrzak will retire after playing the leading role in Tufcot’s success since its birth in 1981.
This transition brings new opportunities, stronger support and a long-term vision that aligns perfectly with how we’ve always done business: quality materials, rapid turnaround and service you can count on.

Tufcot remains the same experienced team, in the same facility, delivering the same fast, high-quality composite solutions our customers rely on.

A Huge Thank You to Elvin
The recent acquisition marks the retirement of one of our original founders, Elvin Majchrzak.
Elvin helped shape Tufcot into the business it is today; a company known for its precision, integrity and loyalty to its people and customers alike.
