Tufcot® N800G – High Performance

Tufcot® N800G is a specially modified, high-temperature thermoset resin newly introduced to the range.

It is engineered for extremely high-temperature performance, extending the operating capability of existing products while maintaining reliability under demanding conditions.

It also offers enhanced chemical capability especially for extreme pH applications.

As with other Tufcot® grades, this system is compatible with a wide range of lubricants and can also incorporate solid lubricant fillers within the resin matrix to further enhance friction performance and wear resistance.

Tufcot® N800G is capable of continuous operation at temperatures up to 180ºC.

When enhanced with solid lubricant fillers such as graphite, it delivers a typical coefficient of friction between 0.13 and 0.18 under dry-running conditions against materials such as 316 stainless steel or Inconel.
