Tufcot® wearstrip is used in hydraulic cylinder applications such as:
- Piston Rings
- Rod Guide Rings
- Gland rings
Tufcot wearstrips are produced from several grades in our material range.
In many instances they incorporate solid lubricants such as, Graphite, Molybdenum Disulphide or PTFE and occasionally a combination of lubricant fillers.
Typically, these parts are working in hydraulic oil or other mediums but can be used in pneumatic cylinders.
