At the beginning of 2025, Tufcot set out a group of goals and KPIs that aimed to improve capacity and performance across key areas of the business.
Specifically, we were keen to…
We are pleased to report that all of our KPIs for 2025 are currently in the green which represents great progress across the board.

Improving Capacity, Sales and On-Time Delivery
Over the past 12–18 months, Tufcot has invested heavily in new machinery to strengthen production capability and support long-term growth.
This commitment has allowed the team to operate at a significantly increased capacity, opening the door for a more proactive approach to sales.
As a result, sales for 2025 have risen by 5%, reflecting both improved efficiency and growing customer demand.
With capacity now firmly enhanced, we expect this positive trajectory to continue throughout next year and beyond.
Finally, our goal to maintain on-time deliveries at or above 90% has progressed well, with on-time delivery reaching 91.5% so far this year.

Maintaining High Standards in Quality, Health and Safety
Quality, Health and Safety remain central to how Tufcot operates, especially within a busy factory environment.
Non-conformances have been reduced to under 1%, demonstrating consistent improvement in product quality.
Health and Safety incidents have also reduced thanks to rigorous processes and continual vigilance.
All QHSE activity is led by our QHSE Manager, David Green, whose commitment ensures standards remain exceptionally high.

Thanks to the Whole Tufcot Team
None of these achievements would have been possible without the dedication and hard work of the entire Tufcot team.
Every department has played a part in meeting our goals and improving our KPIs, from boosting capacity and raising sales to driving quality and safety standards forward.
The commitment shown across the business continues to strengthen our reputation and performance year after year.
A sincere thank you to everyone at Tufcot for your efforts throughout 2025.
